Celebrating Heritage Month through Song As we honor Heritage Month, the Mount Vernon Hymn Choir continues to keep our history alive through the hymns and spirituals that carried our ancestors. These songs are more than music, they are memory, resilience, and testimony. We were blessed to minister the spiritual “Race to Run” during Friday Night Fire, joined by special guests who helped lift this heritage sound even higher. Keeping the Hymn Choir alive means keeping our story alive. We are deeply
