Crock Pot Mac & Cheese 🧀 1 lb elbow pasta (uncooked) 2½ cups whole milk 12 oz evaporated milk 12 oz sharp cheddar (shred it yourself) 6 oz mozzarella 1 tsp salt, ½ tsp pepper ½ tsp dry mustard, ¼ tsp garlic powder ¼ tsp paprika ¼ cup butter, cubed Spray crock pot, add everything, stir, cover. Cook on low about 1 hr, stir, then check every 30 min until creamy (mine’s done around 1 hr 45 min). Let sit 5–10 min to thicken.
