FIRST LNG-BUNKERING TUG-BARGE LAUNCHED: The Q-LNG 4000, the first articulated tug-barge in the U.S. built to deliver liquefied natural gas to ships and ports, recently launched from the docks of VT Halter Marine in Pascagoula, Miss.
