BoTW 60fps I've been playing botw on yuzu for a bit now and it runs and looks really good, but I want it to run at 60fps. From what I've heard modding the game to 60fps breaks some things but I don't know if this is actually true as I can't find any proof of it and those sources are a bit outdated.

I really enjoy gaming at 60fps, and I know the switch is very capable of playing lots of games with a smooth frame rate. I saw a list here with FPS suggestions but I really just want a general list. Jan 16, 2021 · The way I look at it is you will notice a considerable difference going from 30 to 60 fps especially 1080p/1440p to 2160p or 4K at 60 fps. 30 to 60fps at 4K is a huge difference, but not so much 60p to 120p. Now if you're coming from 120fps or over 200fps then you're going to notice a huge difference when you go back to 60fps.

60FPS is not worth it for the gameplay problem it causes it messes with ingame timelapse what causes bugs to ingame mechanics like feeding your character more to keep there cores and weight up. i learned that hard way on PC and was forced to switch from 60FPS to 30FPS.

In short under 60FPS you'll see multiple stuttery copies of the reticle while panning. This is called the stroboscopic effect. This is the exact test I did when I was considering a 4K monitor and if I could be satisfied with just the 30-45FPS it'd result in with my favorite games.
