Nov 30, 2017 · Airbnb only "rewards" superhosts.. that is their sort method. My nightly rates include state and local taxes, the onsite rental office collects taxes on check in. I don't have a front desk to do this.

What do the stars mean for guests? Guests are rated in 3 areas-- cleanliness, following rules and communication. There is a "star" score for each.

Air Bnb says "Only guests you’ve confirmed can see this information". So if I have a current guest staying but another guest who is confirmed to arrive in a week, will BOTH guests be able to see the lockbox code?

Aug 14, 2017 · A few nights of cookies on the cabinet wont cause cockroaches. It happens over time.. cracks in walls, water leaks, not cleaning the house properly. You much blame on the guest. I have never had roaches in my home and had roaches at the airbnb we just stayed on the first night. You cant tell me i caused them.
