Cody Rhodes and Roman Reigns won't be facing one another at WrestleMania 42 after Triple H decided to pull the plug on a third match in their long-term rivalry. It had long been reported that Rhodes and Reigns would meet in one of the Mania main events following Seth Rollins' injury.

However, Dave Meltzer wrote in today’s Wrestling Observer Newsletter that Paul “Triple H” Levesque soured on the idea of running a third Rhodes vs. Reigns match in four years.
