A De Pere woman won $125,000 after buying a Holly Jolly Raffle lottery ticket at a Kwik Trip in Bellevue. Iride Luehr bought the ticket from the Kwik Trip at 2618 Monroe Road. She claimed the winnings Dec. 15 at the Wisconsin Lottery office in Milwaukee. Luehr's ticket was one of 150,000 sold in the state.
