Disney, Fox and Warner Bros abandon Venu appeal after Fubo deal
By Dawn Chmielewski, Mike Scarcella (Reuters) -Streaming service FuboTV said on Monday it has agreed to end litigation against the three major media companies behind the live sports app Venu Sports after Walt Disney Co announced it would merge its Hulu + Live TV business with Fubo.

Following the completion of the deal, Fubo and Hulu + Live TV will continue to operate as separate streaming options for consumers. Disney has agreed to provide Fubo with a $145 million term loan set for 2026. The agreement also includes a $130 million termination fee payable to Fubo under specific conditions.
