The Detroit Lions made the signing of former Cardinals offensive lineman Trystan Colon official. In the process, Detroit also said goodbye to a player who wasn't ever seen in a Lions uniform by anyone outside the building.

Trystan Colon has played for two teams over five seasons, most recently for the Cardinals in 2024. He gives Detroit Lions insurance in the interior.

Colon joins the Lions after Frank Ragnow's retirement. He spent the last two seasons with the Cardinals and started 11 games.
