QXO Inc. is putting forth a slate to replace Beacon Roofing Supply Inc.’s board of directors after its takeover offer was rejected.

QXO late last month launched a tender offer to buy Beacon ( BECN) for $124.25 a share after its $11 billion takeover was rejected. The tender expires on Feb. 24. Beacon last month adopted a poison pill after QXO announced its hostile bid for the building products company.
