Galvez, a previously deported illegal immigrant with prior criminal record, arrested by ICE after allegedly attacking officers with a Molotov cocktail during LA riots.

The Department of Justice also announced charges of assault on a federal officer against Christian Andres Garcia, 32, of Anaheim, and Rene Luna, 43, of Orange. Both defendants are accused of throwing objects, including water bottles and beer cans, at officers during a Monday night riot in the city of Santa Ana, in Orange County.
