Political contributor J.C. Polanco offered his thoughts on the overall debate performance of each candidate.

During the Oct. 22 New York City mayoral debate, Democratic candidate and frontrunner Zohran Mamdani attempted to reassure Jewish voters that he would protect them.

Cuomo called Mamdani divisive and said he lacked experience or new ideas, while Mamdani said the former governor, down in the polls, was a “desperate man lashing out.”
