Keon King, the suspect in the kidnapping of Kada Scott, faces new charges -- including arson -- after Scott's body was found, officials announced.

PHILADELPHIA (WPVI) -- Investigators are looking into whether there could have been an accomplice involved in the Kada Scott case. The 23-year-old Philadelphia woman went missing and was ultimately found dead.

King, who's accused of kidnapping Scott, was taken into custody this year on a similar charge but paid $20,000 and was released.

The city courts called Krasner's comments "appallingly disrespectful and a sad attempt on his part to find a scapegoat for his own failings on this matter.”
