A person who tested positive for measles recently went to Grapevine, according to Tarrant County Public Health.

Measles is "highly contagious, spread via air or contaminated surfaces, and can lead to serious health complications," TCPH says.

“Based upon current reports, this person was infectious while at these venues,” a health alert reads.
