Penn State's Abdul Carter is a betting favorite to be selected first overall by the Tennessee Titans. Here's what their draft could look like if they bypass taking a quarterback in Round 1.

Production has not matched talent to this point, but Williams has top-five traits — not unlike former Georgia (and current Jacksonville) standout Travon Walker, who was the No. 1 pick in 2022. Williams is a projection as much as anything right now, but if he tests off the charts, he might not make it this far.

After all, they’ve given the quarterback two seasons after making him a second-round pick out of Kentucky. And he hasn’t done much. In the latest mock from our Christian D’Andrea — a top-five mini-mock — he had the Titans taking Miami quarterback Cam Ward with the top pick.

Tennessee Titans are looking forward to the 2025 NFL Draft, in which they hold the first overall pick. The draft will take place at Lambeau Field, the home stadium of the Green Bay Packers, in late April.
