At 4:20 p.m. on Sunday, the National Weather Service released an updated tornado watch in effect until 7 p.m. for Cumberland, Franklin, Fulton, Lycoming, Perry, Snyder and Union counties.
The Storm Prediction Center has issued a "slight risk" for severe weather impacting the following counties in Pennsylvania on Monday: Accumulations will range from a few tenths of an inch up to 1 inch in areas affected by heavy thunderstorms. Storms are expected to occur between 3 p.m. and 10 p.m.
