It's hard to become the first to ever do something in the Knicks long and storied history, but Josh Hart and Karl-Anthony Towns did just that on Tuesday night against the Mavericks: Towns and Hart became the first Knicks teammates to get triple-doubles in the same game during a comfortable home win against the shorthanded Mavericks (no Anthony Davis on the second night of a back-to-back).

Towns racked up 14 points (6-16 FG, 1-3 3Pt, 1-1 FT), 10 rebounds, one assist and two steals in 32 minutes during Friday's 116-107 win over the Bucks. Towns didn't have his best performance Friday, but other players stepped up for New York and secured the victory in a matchup with tons of playoff implications against Milwaukee.

Karl-Anthony Towns had 26 points, 12 rebounds and 11 assists for his first triple-double in more than three years, helping the New York Knicks defeat the Dallas Mavericks 128-113 on Tuesday night.
