DALLAS — Police are investigating after they say a 29-year-old man was shot and killed in southern Dallas late Monday. Officers were called to respond to a shooting call in the 6000 block of Highland Hills Drive around 9:45 p.m. Dec. 15 and found a man, later identified as Charles Hibbler, 29, with a gunshot wound, according to a press release.
Two people were killed in a shooting in Far North Dallas on Thursday afternoon, Dallas police said in a statement, and the suspect was later found dead in Mesquite from a self-inflicted gunshot wound.
According to The Dallas Morning News, which cited a Dallas Police Department news release, officers arrived in the 1200 block of Singleton Boulevard shortly after 8:30 a.m. and found a woman who had been shot.
