After a dominant win in the series opener at Wembley the Kangaroos headed to Hill Dickinson Stadium in Liverpool to wrap up the Ashes series. The Kangaroos have had a hold on the Ashes since 1973 and on the strength of their 26-6 triumph in the first Test they were hot favourites to continue that remarkable reign.
Kangaroos officials have reportedly reached out to the Rugby Football League hoping to clarify several rule interpretations ahead of the first Ashes Test at Wembley Stadium. The RFL is England’s governing body and the Super League has implemented several rules that are not international laws of the game.
