James Gunn gave DC Comics fans their first look at Milly Alcock’s take on classic character Supergirl today. Well, our first look at her back. Well, our first look at part of the back of her head. Still, you can already hear those John Williams trumpets a-blowin’!

DC Studios boss James Gunn has officially kicked off production on his next film project, Supergirl: Woman of Tomorrow , and to celebrate, he has given fans a look at the film’s star, Milly Alcock , on set.

Both Gunn and Alcock shared the same picture of the latter parked in one of those director chairs that can be found on movie and TV sets to commemorate the start of principal photography at Warner Bros. Studios Leavesden. See for yourself below, and take a close look at the S symbol on the back of the chair.
