In an arrest affidavit obtained by PEOPLE, police accused Vanlandingham of using a drench gun to administer the pesticide to the goat, named Willie, at her high school’s barn in Cedar Park, Texas, in October. Vanlandingham allegedly took a video of the goat and sent it to the animal’s owner, the affidavit claims.
