A woman was charged with stabbing three children, killing a 4-year-old boy, and setting a home on fire in Logan Square last week.

The youngest child, a 4-year-old boy, died after Wendy Tolbert allegedly stabbed him and his two siblings before setting the house on fire.

Police said Tolbert stabbed three children killing a four-year-old before setting the house on fire. The Cook County Medical Examiner's Office identified him as Jordan Wallace. At last check, the surviving children are still in the hospital in critical condition.
