Governor Tim Walz said that he has been briefed on the situation at Flint Hills Resources Pine Bend Refinery, located at 12555 Clark Road in Rosemount.

Southbound Highway 52 lanes are open, but just one northbound Highway 52 lane is open Thursday morning between Clayton Avenue and 145th Street East after a reported propane leak Wednesday evening. Authorities say to expect delays in the Rosemount area.
