Ozzy Osbourne may have played his final show last weekend, but that doesn’t mean the Prince of Darkness is going gentle into that good night. The rock icon announced a new memoir on Thursday (July 10),

"Last Rites" also includes reflections on Osbourne's relationship with his wife Sharon, as well as his encounters with fellow rockers Slash, Bon Scott, John Bonham, and Keith Moon, and "the harrowing final moments he spent with Motörhead's Lemmy Kilmister," according to the press release.

Ozzy Osbourne may have given his final performance, but he hasn’t yet given fans his final writings - or “Last Rites,” as he punningly puts it. His new memoir of that name will come out this fall, Hachette Book Group announced Thursday.
