A Japanese court has held North Korea responsible for human rights violations against four plaintiffs lured to the country by false promises of a "paradise on Earth."

"The Japanese government's position remains unchanged that the possession of nuclear (weapons) by North Korea is absolutely unacceptable," Sato said at a press conference.
