Two weeks after 23-year-old Kada Scott disappeared in Chestnut Hill, a shallow grave with human remains was discovered behind a vacant school in Philadelphia's Germantown section
Remains found Saturday in a Philadelphia wooded area have been identified as Kada Scott, 23, who has been missing since Oct. 4. Keon King, 21, is suspected.
King, who's accused of kidnapping Scott, was taken into custody this year on a similar charge but paid $20,000 and was released.
The city courts called Krasner's comments "appallingly disrespectful and a sad attempt on his part to find a scapegoat for his own failings on this matter.”
