Turkish police have detained four employees of the satirical magazine LeMan over a controversial cartoon which authorities claim depicted the Prophet Muhammad.

Turkish police detained at least four cartoonists on Monday accused of drawing and distributing a cartoon that authorities and protesters say is a depiction of the Prophet Mohammed and Moses.

The cartoon, published in LeMan magazine, was denounced by government officials who said it represented the Prophet Muhammad.
