With the Raiders hiring former Seahawks coach Pete Carroll and with former Seahawks quarterback Russell Wilson becoming a free agent and with the Raiders clearly needing an upgrade at quarterback, there are obvious dots to connect between Carroll and Wilson.

The Las Vegas Raiders are in rebuild mode, and head coach Pete Carroll may be looking to reunite with a familiar face to shape the team’s offense. Carroll, who led the Seattle Seahawks to a Super Bowl title,

Wilson helped lead the Seahawks to eight playoff appearances and one Super Bowl win in 2013 and produced the best seasons of his NFL career under Carroll. Making matters more interesting is the fact that Wilson reportedly wanted to join the Raiders last offseason prior to signing with the Steelers.
