A suspect is facing murder charges for a gruesome double killing of two women in Rockland County over the weekend.

A New Jersey teenager was arrested Sunday and charged with killing two women in Rockland County, N.Y., authorities said. Alan Aba, 19, was captured Sunday night, less than 24 hours after two women were killed in a Spring Valley apartment, the Rockland/Westchester Journal News reported. The victims have not been publicly identified.

One of the women was pronounced dead at the scene and the other later succumbed to her injuries at a nearby hospital
