Deputies have arrested a second teenager for the murder of a high school student during a Senior Skip Day celebration at a Newton County's Denny Dobbs Park.
A 16-year-old student at Newton High School was arrested Friday in the shooting death of a Salem High School student at a popular park during a large gathering, officials said.
The Newton County Sheriff's Office identified the victim as Justin Etienne, a student at Salem High School in Conyers.
