Area emergency crews are responding to reports of a bee attack in north Lubbock County, just south of New Deal.
A bee swarm in Goodyear injured three people, including one person who suffered more than 100 stings, officials said.
Bee veterinarian Dr. Anne Pasek said claw marks and damage on her hives correspond with a bear attack. She said she was hit twice one day before calling CPW.
