Times, Dickinson (ankle) may return to action as early as next week, according to coach Anders Sorensen. Dickinson was injured Feb. 5 against the Oilers and so far has missed nine games. Sorensen stated that Dickinson could return at some point during the Blackhawk's upcoming four-game road trip which begins Saturday in Nashville.

The Chicago Blackhawks are taking on the Ottawa Senators on Wednesday night at United Center. This is going to be a big game for the Blackhawks as they look to win three in a row for only the second time this season.

Dickinson (ankle) was placed on injured reserve Saturday, per Charlie Roumeliotis of WGN Radio. The move doesn't come as a surprise, as Dickinson is expected to be sidelined into March with an ankle injury.
