LAS VEGAS (KTNV) — The Athletics will announce upcoming plans on the future of the A's in Las Vegas on Friday at 4:30 p.m. This announcement follows the new renderings of the proposed Las Vegas ballpark for the A's and the Athletics hiring former Raiders president Marc Badain as the club's new president.
The A's will not have a city across the front of their jersey, but will have a Las Vegas patch on one sleeve, and Sacramento on the other.
The lower seating bowl will have more seats closer to the field, operation spaces, player areas and cooling systems under the seats.
The Athletics are set to play baseball in Sacramento for the next three years, but the team will have Las Vegas on its sleeve in the meantime
