Anne Burrell, the quick-witted, spiky-haired host of Food Network’s “Worst Cooks in America,” has died. She was 55. The television personality died Tuesday morning at her home in New York, according to her publicist. A cause of death is pending an autopsy.

The Food Network, where Burrell began her two-decade television career on “Iron Chef America,” confirmed her death.
