Virat Kohli could be on the verge of a dramatic return to the Test captaincy as the Indian cricket team finds itself at a critical juncture ahead of the fifth anoud final Test of the Border-Gavaskar Trophy 2024-25.

The Indian Cricket Team is all set to undergo a transition period as both Virat Kohli and Rohit Sharma are staring at the twilight period of their glittering career.

According to a report from The Times of India, Rohit is ‘unlikely’ to be part of the Indian Test setup after the series against Australia; however, he may not announce his retirement from the format immediately.
