Boelter was arrested in a field located in a rural part of Sibley County, in southwest Minneapolis, and he was being interviewed at a law enforcement facility, Drew Evans, the superintendent of the state’s Bureau of Criminal Apprehension, said.
After a 43-hour search, Vance Boelter was arrested in rural Sibley County and charged with two counts of murder and two counts of attempted murder.
The suspect built a scattered career ranging from food to retailing to private security to pastoring, public records and his online postings show.
