HAGERSTOWN, Md. - A wind turbine blade detached from a tractor-trailer early Monday, blocking traffic in both directions of Interstate 70 in Washington County, Maryland State Police said. The crash occurred around 5 a.m. near Exit 26 at Interstate 81 when the blade crossed the center median and landed in the eastbound lanes.
