Conservative comedian Greg Gutfeld made his debut appearance on "The Tonight Show" with Jimmy Fallon Thursday, Aug. 7, creating a rare connection between the largely conservative voices at Fox and a late-night show that doesn't mince words on Trump.

LateNighter surmised that the controversial “Gutfeld!” host “brought his Fox News audience with him.” It noted that while fellow guests the Jonas Brothers might have also contributed to the viewership, watchers increased during Gutfeld’s segment.
