Everton are closing in on the signing of Crystal Palace star Brennan Johnson. David Moyes has made no secret of his desire for several more signings, and he's close to getting his latest through the door. Johnson became Crystal Palace's record signing last season, but failed to make any sort of impact under Oliver Glasner.

Everton and Crystal Palace have agreed a swap deal that will involve Toffees winger Dwight McNeil joining the Eagles and Wales international Brennan Johnson moving in the opposite direction. Both attackers are expected to undergo medicals on Monday ahead of completing their respective moves.
