The University of Houston seeks to remain unbeaten on the road this season against No. 24 Arizona State at Mountain America Stadium.

Arizona State University has received a $50 million gift from energy executive Robert L. Zorich. It will be used to launch the Global Institute for the Future of Energy.

Jordyn Tyson is out for Arizona State's clash with Houston due to injury. He was hurt a week ago in the 26-22 win over Texas Tech, then returned to the game. But this week, head coach Kenny Dillingham ruled Tyson out anyway due to that injury.

Arizona State will be without one of its best offensive weapons Saturday against the University of Houston. Jordyn Tyson, the Big 12's leading receiver, was ruled out for the game in Tempe, Ariz., according to the league availability report released Wednesday.

"Arizona State University is embarking on a multiyear, multiphase renovation of the arena — home of the Sun Devils’ men’s and women’s basketball, volleyball, gymnastics and wrestling teams — with an estimated cost of $100 million."

The letter asks that ASU and other universities accept the government’s priorities on admissions, women’s sports, free speech, student discipline and college affordability.
