Q: I live in one of the small brick houses built in South Arlington during the 1930s. There are several places on our westward-facing exterior wall where the plaster on the inside wall bubbles up.
Dear Angie: Is it a good or bad idea to insulate house walls if the exterior is brick and the interior is plaster? It's been recommended that we insulate our walls. The house was built in the 1940s.
