The streaming-game service OnLive is announcing today that it has launched a cloud version of the online warfare game War Thunder that will run on a wide range of connected devices such as tablets.

I'm usually optimistic about new services that try to expand the reach of gaming or media, I even like the Ouya, but I just don't see where this fits in. Unless they allow streaming of games purchased ...
