March Madness has entered its biggest day with 32 games on tap between the men's and women's NCAA tournament first rounds.

But in a game that featured four flagrant fouls and a technical on TCU coach Jamie Dixon, the real story was Duke center Patrick Ngongba returning to action for the first time after four missed games.
