U.K. media giant ITV has reported full-year 2025 results that the company said came in ahead of current market expectations.
However, the M&E business may not sit in ITV’s stable for much longer. The broadcaster confirmed in January that it is in talks with Sky to sell the unit in a deal that could be worth up to £1.6bn.
