Dallas police are investigating a fatal shooting at an apartment complex on Vantage Point Drive, where one person was shot and killed.

A 15-year-old boy, Eddie Mejia, died from injuries he sustained in a shooting that happened on December 6 in Dallas.

Police said the officers were responding to an emergency call and had their lights activated at the time of the crash.
