Two people were killed in a shooting in Far North Dallas on Thursday afternoon, Dallas police said in a statement, and the suspect was later found dead in Mesquite from a self-inflicted gunshot wound.

DPD responded to a shooting call on El Estado Drive at about 2:40 p.m. Thursday and found two victims.

One person was killed and four people were injured, including the shooter, during an altercation at a Dallas baby shower Saturday, police said.

Dallas police say they have not made any arrests in a shooting that killed a man in South Dallas early Thursday morning.
