Transfer quarterback Cole Pennington, son of former New York Jets and Miami Dolphins quarterback Chad Pennington, is at the University at Albany on a recruiting visit, sources confirmed Friday.

Cole Pennington appeared in nine games over three seasons at Marshall, his father's alma mater. He passed for 119 yards, one touchdown and six interceptions. He has two years of eligibility remaining.
