Firefighters are increasing containment of three wildfires that have burned thousands acres this week and triggered evacuation orders and warnings for tens of thousands of residents in Ventura and Riverside counties.
Bain Fire initially started 11:24 a.m. May 19 at Limonite Ave and Bain Street, Jurupa Valley in Riverside County, California. After being active for 43 hours, it has burned 1,456 acres. A fire crew of 100 succeeded in containing 39% of the fire as of Thursday morning.
