Celtics lose in a nail biter, Pacers prevail 98-96
The Boston Celtics traveled to Indiana Monday night to face the Pacers. The C’s came into the game with injuries to Josh Minott and Jaylen Brown and dropped a tough game 98-96. Boston struggled to the shoot the ball throughout the game going just 25 percent from downtown and 45 percent from the field overall.
The Celtics defense held the Pacers in check early, going into the second up five. The Pacers were nearly perfect from 3 in the second, but Anfernee Simons had 12 to help Boston keep a three-point lead.
