Connor Zilisch, driver of the No. 88 WeatherTech Chevrolet for JR Motorsports, continues to make a splash in the NASCAR Xfinity Series, beating NASCAR Cup Series drivers Ty Gibbs and Christopher Bell to win the pole for Saturday's The Chilango 150.

Who else but Connor Zilisch? The 18-year-old picks up his fourth pole of the season, this time at Mexico City. An absolutely quick lap on a track he’s never been on before.

Suarez is making his first Xfinity start of the year, but he has plenty of experience in these cars. He won the 2016 NASCAR Xfinity Series championship, and has three race wins. His teammate Connor Zilisch earned pole position for the race, driving the No. 88 JRM Chevrolet.

One of the best NASCAR Xfinity Series drivers on road courses cointinued his dominance, as JR Motorsports’ Connor Zilisch won the pole position for Saturday’s (June 14) Xfinity race at Autodromo Hermanos Rodriguez. Zilisch’s No. 88 Chevrolet set the fastest lap with a speed of 94.314 mph around the 2.42 mile, 15 turn road course.
